Herbprime 30-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Herbprime 30-Day Free Trial allows eligible customers to try selected MyAcu 3-in-1 cFIR Heat Lamp with Air Purifier products before completing full payment.

Our website is hosted on Shopify. The 30-Day Free Trial payment arrangement, card authorisation, and any later payment collection may be provided, processed, or managed by Shopify and/or an approved third-party payment provider.

By placing a 30-Day Free Trial order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable terms and conditions of Shopify and/or the relevant third-party payment provider.

2. Eligible Products

The 30-Day Free Trial applies only to selected products clearly marked as eligible for the trial on our website.

Herbprime reserves the right to add, remove, or change eligible products at any time without prior notice.

3. How the 30-Day Free Trial Works

At checkout, you may not be charged the full product amount immediately. However, you will be required to provide valid payment details and authorise the payment arrangement through Shopify and/or the relevant third-party payment provider.

The trial period lasts for 30 days.

If you decide to keep the product, or if the product is not returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the end of the trial period, the full amount shown on your invoice will be charged automatically when the 30-day free trial ends.

4. Payment Authorisation and Third-Party Provider

The 30-Day Free Trial is supported by a third-party payment provider through our Shopify-hosted website.

By selecting the 30-Day Free Trial option, you authorise Shopify and/or the relevant third-party payment provider to store and use your payment details for the purpose of card authorisation and future payment collection.

A temporary authorisation hold may be placed on your payment card for the value of the product. This authorisation is used to confirm that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available.

Herbprime does not directly control card authorisations, payment holds, automatic payment collection, declined payments, or payment processing decisions made by Shopify, your bank, card issuer, or the third-party payment provider.

5. Charge at the End of the Trial

Once the 30-day free trial period ends, the full amount shown on your invoice will be charged automatically to your authorised payment method, unless the product has been returned and accepted by Herbprime in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The final amount charged may include the product price, VAT where applicable, delivery charges, or any other charges shown on your invoice.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available when the trial period ends.

6. Returning the Product During the Trial

If you do not wish to keep the product, you must contact Herbprime before the end of the 30-day trial period to request a return.

The product must be returned within the required timeframe and must be received by Herbprime in acceptable condition.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as the product remains your responsibility until it is received and checked by Herbprime.

7. Return Condition

Returned products must be:

• Clean and hygienic.
• In original condition.
• Returned with all original accessories, parts, packaging, manuals, and included items.
• Free from scratches, cracks, dents, stains, marks, odours, missing parts, or signs of heavy use.
• Safely packed to prevent damage during return delivery.

Products returned in unacceptable condition may be refused, returned to you at your cost, or charged in full.

Herbprime reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned trial products.

8. Late Returns

If you do not request a return before the end of the 30-day free trial period, or if the product is not returned within the required timeframe, the product will be treated as kept by you.

In this case, the full amount shown on your invoice will be charged automatically to your authorised payment method.

Late return requests may be accepted at Herbprime’s discretion only.

9. Failed Payments

If the payment fails when the 30-day free trial ends, Shopify and/or the third-party payment provider may attempt to charge your payment method again or contact you directly to update your payment details.

Herbprime may also contact you to arrange payment. Failure to complete payment may result in further action to recover the outstanding balance.

10. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

You are responsible for the product during the trial period and during return transit.

If the product is lost, stolen, damaged, returned with missing parts, or returned in a condition that prevents resale or further use, Herbprime may charge the full product amount shown on your invoice, or charge for repair, replacement, missing parts, or any reasonable loss incurred.

11. Refunds

If payment has been taken and the product is later returned in acceptable condition within the approved return timeframe, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on Shopify, the third-party payment provider, your bank, or your card issuer.

Shipping fees, return costs, failed delivery costs, or other service charges may not be refundable unless required by law.

12. Product Use and Safety

You must read and follow all product instructions, safety information, and usage guidance provided with the product.

The product must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Herbprime is not responsible for damage, injury, misuse, or loss caused by failure to follow the product instructions or safety guidance.

13. Warranty

If you decide to keep the product and full payment is completed, the product will be covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the warranty terms.

The trial period does not extend or replace any separate warranty terms.

14. Misuse of Trial

The 30-Day Free Trial is intended to allow genuine customers to assess the product before purchase.

Herbprime reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or charge for a trial order if we suspect misuse, fraud, repeated trial use, false information, unauthorised resale, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Changes to the Trial

Herbprime reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the 30-Day Free Trial at any time.

Any changes will not affect trial orders that have already been accepted, unless required for legal, operational, payment processing, or fraud-prevention reasons.

If your order payment was captured before the trial period ended, it likely means there was a failure in the reauthorization of your payment method due to insufficient funds. In such cases, the payment is captured in advance to ensure the transaction is completed.

To avoid this situation, please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account before the end of the trial period.

If this occurs and you would like to return the items, we will issue a refund once we receive the returned items.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.

After the lamp has been turned on for at around 5-10 minutes and reaches 50-55°C, if you need to turn it off during treatment, it will take approximately 3 minutes for the lamp to cool down to around 38°C before shutting off.

So, if you tap the lamp lightly and notice that it’s still on and the control panel is still displaying the temperature, don’t worry— the lamp will turn off automatically after about 3 minutes.
