How do I place an order with Herbprime?


You can place an order through our website, via email, or by phone. Our team will ensure a seamless ordering process.

Ordering Online

  1. Browse our product range using the search bar or product categories.
  2. Click 'Add to Basket' for your chosen items.
  3. Click the basket icon in the top right corner to review your items and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your details and complete payment securely with your debit or credit card.
  5. You'll receive an order number and confirmation email immediately.

Ordering by Email

What are the delivery costs and options?

We provide tracked and insured delivery services for deliveries within Mainland UK:

Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) - UK Mainland under 1kg (Order by 2pm) £5 inc. VAT
Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) - UK Mainland 1-8kg (Order by 2pm) £6 inc. VAT
Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) - UK Mainland above 8kg (Order by 2pm) £8 inc. VAT

For deliveries outside Mainland UK, including Europe and worldwide, email orders@herbprime.com for a quote.

 

When can I expect my order?

For UK Mainland orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday), we provide Next Working Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Which courier do you use?

We partner with DPD and Royal Mail for reliable, secure delivery.

 

Can you ship outside the UK?
