Order Processing
Orders are usually processed during our working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Tracked 24 services are generally expected to arrive on the next working day; however, delivery times may vary due to courier delays, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once dispatched, Herbprime is not responsible for courier delays, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
For prescription or practitioner-only herbal products, orders may only be processed once the required practitioner verification or prescription details have been confirmed.
UK Delivery
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services such as DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other suitable delivery partners.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the courier, delivery address, order size and product availability.
Tracked 24 services are generally expected to arrive on the next working day; however, delivery times may vary due to courier delays, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent by email or SMS directly from the courier. Please monitor your tracking updates carefully to avoid missed deliveries.
Delivery Charges From 1st July 2026
From 1st July 2026, the following UK delivery charges will apply.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders of £200 or above before VAT will be eligible for free UK shipping.
- Wholesale orders up to 1–5 kg: £6 for standard 1–2 working days delivery.
- Wholesale orders of 5 kg or above: unchanged at £8 for standard 1–2 working days delivery.
- Prescription UK delivery: remains unchanged at £5.
For special delivery, express delivery, weekend delivery, or any other specific delivery requirement, please contact our team for the current rate before placing your order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed where possible.
Missed Deliveries and Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and email address when placing an order.
If a delivery is missed, refused, or cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, the courier may return the parcel to us.
In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be resent. If the parcel is returned to Herbprime due to missed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address information, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Delivery Delays
Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs checks
- Incorrect delivery information
- High seasonal demand
Herbprime is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If any item is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Photos of the damaged item, packaging and delivery label may be required to help us investigate the issue with the courier.
We may not be able to process claims reported after this period.
International Delivery
We may offer international shipping to selected countries, depending on product type, destination and local import regulations.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the products they order are permitted for import into their country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Herbal Products and Practitioner-Only Items
Some herbal products supplied by Herbprime are intended for qualified practitioners only.
Where required, we may request professional verification before processing orders. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Due to the nature of herbal products, once dispatched, they may be non-refundable unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or collected by the courier.
Herbprime is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
