After that, we’ll still process orders, but we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive before Christmas.

 


Holiday Break

Our office will be closed from December 25, 2024, to January 1, 2025. We’ll be back in action on January 2, 2025 to handle your orders. Anything placed during the holidays will be processed as soon as we’re back.

How We Handle Delivery

Cut-off Time for Next-Day Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you’re ordering on a Friday afternoon or the weekend, your order will be handled on Monday.

To get Next Working Day Delivery, make sure you:

  • Place your order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Complete payment before we dispatch your items.

Our delivery window is typically Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays). While we aim for next-day delivery, things like traffic or courier delays can sometimes happen. Double-check your delivery address to avoid any hiccups!

If something’s out of stock, we’ll let you know right away and offer an estimated delivery time or a replacement suggestion.

Delivery Charges – What You Pay

Your delivery fee depends on:

  • The weight of your items.
  • Your delivery address.
  • The shipping option you choose.

Here’s how it breaks down:

  • Orders under 1kg: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour service.
  • Orders up to 20kg: Handled by DPD.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey. Want SMS updates? Make sure to leave your mobile number at checkout.

How to Check Delivery Costs

During checkout, we’ll automatically calculate your delivery options based on your location and order. If you haven’t logged in or added your address yet, pop your Country and Postcode into the ‘Calculate Shipping Rates’ box for a quick estimate.

When Will My Order Arrive?

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day for Next Working Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next working day.
  • For international orders, delivery times vary. Contact us for details.

Who Delivers My Parcel?

We team up with DPD and Royal Mail, so your parcel is in good hands. Once it’s shipped, you’ll get tracking info to follow it right to your door.
