Cut-Off Time

Place your order before 2 pm (Mon-Fri) for next-working-day delivery in the UK. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Service

Next-day delivery is handled by DPD or Royal Mail, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5:30 pm). Please note that delays might happen due to road issues or misrouting.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

• Product weight
• Delivery address
• Chosen service

Use the "Calculate Shipping" feature at checkout for a quick estimate.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Add your mobile number at checkout for SMS updates.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you with alternatives or provide estimated restock times.
