    How to Use

    1. Gently loosen the upper sealing cap of the cup.

    2. Attach the cupping pump to the silicone valve on the cup.

    3. Pull the pump several times to create suction, then twist to remove the pump.

    4. After use, clean and disinfect the cups with alcohol if they are being reused.

    Important Precautions

    Do not apply cupping over open wounds or areas where the skin has not fully healed.

    People with diabetes should limit cupping time to no more than 10 minutes to avoid excessive congestion.

    Extra care should be taken when using cupping on elderly people or young children, especially with suction strength.

    Pregnant women should avoid cupping on San Yin points, Shi Jing points, He Jing points, Tai Chong, the abdomen, or the lower back unless advised by a qualified practitioner.

    People with haemophilia should only use cupping under professional guidance, and the treatment time should be carefully controlled.
