Product Description
QingCai Tea Gift Box contains 2 tins of 100g oolong tea
Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea produced through a unique process including withering under the strong Sun and Oxidation before curling and twisting. Most Oolong productions, especially fine quality ones, involved unique tea plant cultivars that are exclusively used for particular varieties. In terms of degree of fermentation, it can range from 8% to 85%, depending on the variety and production style. The popularity of this tea category is closely tied to tea connoisseurs of south China and Chinese expatriates in Southeast Asia.
Quite simply a superfood in liquid form, Chinese Oolong tea is (as opposed to that calorific cappuccino you pick up every morning) known to speed up metabolism and therefore help you to lose weight. It's also a rich source of multi-vitamins including A, B, D, E and K, as well as nutrients potassium, zinc and calcium. Tea, anyone?
This light floral tea falls somewhere between green and black, so it pulls benefits from both. It reduces the absorption of fat content from high-cholesterol meals and raises metabolism. It helps break down bacteria and eliminate toxins from your body. Mental alertness and focus have been known to be enhanced as well.
Nutritional Value
Oolong tea is rich in catechin, heterodesmic polyose, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, carothin, fluorine, zinc, selenium, and manganese.
