As the festive season approaches, we would like to inform you that our office will be closed from Thursday, 25 December 2025 to Thursday, 1 January 2026. We will resume normal operations on Friday, 2 January 2026.

If you or your patients need to receive formulas or products before Christmas, please place your orders by 2:00 PM on Friday, 19 December 2025. All orders received before the cut-off time will be dispatched on the same day.

From 19 December to 24 December, you may still submit your orders, and we will continue to process and dispatch them. However, orders placed after 19 December cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Any orders placed during our holiday closure will be processed once we return on 2 January. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We would also like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of Herbprime products. Your trust means a great deal to us, and we are honoured to play a part in supporting your treatments and business success.
