At checkout, we'll temporarily place an authorization hold on your card but won't charge you anything.

Your trial starts when the items arrive. You can try them out in the clinic and return what you don’t want. You won’t be charged during the trial, but make sure your card has enough funds. Our payment partner may re-authorize the amount a few times during the trial, and you won’t be able to use those funds until it’s cleared. If there are issues with your card or re-authorization, we may process the payment early, but you’ll receive a refund once the items are returned to us.

If you like the items, keep them, and we'll only charge you for what you choose to keep. If you don’t want them, we won’t charge you.
