Instalment Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

By selecting the instalment payment option at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Plan Provider

The instalment payment plan is provided and managed by a third-party payment provider. Our website is hosted on Shopify, and payment processing may be carried out through Shopify, Shopify Payments, or an approved third-party payment provider.

We are not the lender, credit provider, or finance provider. Approval, payment collection, instalment scheduling, and any payment-related decisions are managed by the relevant third-party payment provider.

2. How the Instalment Plan Works

When you place an order using the instalment payment option, you will make an initial payment at checkout. The remaining balance will be collected in scheduled instalments, as shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For example, you may be offered an initial payment followed by remaining interest-free instalments every 30 days. The exact payment amount, number of instalments, payment dates, and any applicable conditions will be displayed at checkout and confirmed by the payment provider.

3. Interest-Free Payments

Where the instalment plan is described as 0% interest or interest-free, this means no interest is charged on the scheduled instalment payments, provided that payments are made successfully and in accordance with the payment provider’s terms.

Any late fees, failed payment charges, or other charges, if applicable, are determined by the third-party payment provider and will be set out in their own terms and conditions.

4. Automatic Payments

By choosing the instalment payment option, you authorise the third-party payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method for the remaining instalments on the scheduled dates.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available for each scheduled payment.

5. Payment Approval

The availability of an instalment payment plan is subject to approval by the third-party payment provider. We cannot guarantee that the instalment option will be available to every customer or for every order.

The payment provider may carry out checks before approving your instalment plan, in accordance with their own policies and applicable laws.

6. Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment fails or is missed, the third-party payment provider may charge directly to arrange payment. Failed or missed payments may affect your ability to use instalment payment options in the future and may result in additional action in accordance with the provider’s terms.

We are not responsible for any fees, restrictions, account holds, or decisions made by the payment provider due to failed or missed payments.

7. Order Processing and Fulfilment

Your order will be processed once the initial payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or hold fulfilment of an order if payment authorisation is unsuccessful, if the payment provider does not approve the instalment plan, or if we identify any issue with the order.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our standard cancellation, return, and refund policy applies to orders placed using an instalment payment plan.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed through the original payment method and managed via the relevant payment provider. Any refund of payments already made, cancellation of future instalments, or adjustment to the payment schedule will be handled in accordance with the payment provider’s terms and conditions.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

9. Changes to Payment Details

If you need to update your payment card or payment method for future instalments, you must do this directly through the third-party payment provider, where available.

We may not be able to amend your instalment schedule, card details, or payment dates on your behalf.

10. Third-Party Terms Apply

By selecting the instalment payment option, you also agree to the terms and conditions, privacy policy, payment schedule, and any other requirements of the relevant third-party payment provider.

You should read the provider’s terms carefully before completing your purchase.

11. Responsibility and Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you purchase from us in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.

The third-party payment provider is responsible for managing the instalment payment plan, including payment collection, payment reminders, approval decisions, and any payment-related queries.

We are not liable for any loss, charge, delay, declined payment, failed payment, or issue arising from the third-party payment provider’s services, except where required by law.
